Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed and posted out within 1 working day. Royal Mail are our main used postal providers but we also use EVRi and aim to have packages delivered within 2-3 working days from purchase. Although Please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive, if after the 7 days your order has still not been delivered contact us via deseyeruk@gmail.com and we can look further into this for you.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds

Cancellations and full refunds can be made before the order has been dispatched

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns under certain circumstances within 14 days of your order arriving.

Please make sure

- Lashes have not been removed from the clear sealed plastic pack or box

- Lip glosses are NOT returnable 

- Sunglasses have not been damaged by yourself 

Email us at deseyeruk@gmail.com if you want to return an item/order and we will provide the return address or this can be found on the Royal Mail label of the pack in which your order was delivered unless EVRI was used.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If items were damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at deseyeruk@gmail.com and attach an image so we can see the problem, and this will be resolved for you as soon as possible.
